Does NAEON replace our accounting system?
No. NAEON runs alongside it. Your team captures and approves work in NAEON, and finance uses the approved figures in your own accounting system. Tax invoices, credit notes and statements stay there.
Can we start with only a few modules?
Yes. Every feature beyond the core is an optional add-on. Start small, and switch more on when you're ready. You only pay for what you use.
Does it work on phones?

How do our staff get access?
You send us your staff list on our template and we create the accounts. Office staff receive an email invitation; factory and warehouse staff get a personal activation code. Management sign in with two-factor authentication.
